Tiku
Managing Director
Tiku is the driving force of Word360 having taken over the business in2013. With his methodical and analytical approach he prides himself in being able to find a solution to any problem (well almost!).

Having completed a Business degree at Cardiff University, Tiku started his career in the Automotive industry and with some of the biggest car retailers including Jaguar LandRover, Aston Martin and Mercedes.

Tiku decided to give up the rat race and turn his attention to his desire to create an ethical and global business.

Tiku manages growth strategy and the regulatory aspects of the business to ensure we maintain compliance to standards and are industry leading in our process management solutions.
Kavita
Commercial Director
Kavita is a Director and the visionary in the company having run a series of businesses prior to taking over Word360 in 2013.

Originally qualified as an optometrist, she worked both in public and private practice before giving up her vocation to follow her entrepreneurial spirit and invent Adaptawear, an adaptive clothing company.

Kavita is focused on taking Word360 to a truly global scale by providing unrivalled customer service with a fantastic team of staff and linguists.

Kavita focuses on developing business partnerships, innovation and creating global business strategies. She is active in the business community having held numerous board level positions including the ABCC at the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce.

Sarah Chamberlain
Sarah overlooks the operational side of the business ensuring that we exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.

Before coming to Word360 Sarah has worked in various sectors, from recruitment through to the NHS, which giving her rich insight into many of our clients’ business environments. This familiarity allows Word360 to deliver the highest quality language services.

Sarah has a bright and warm approach which, coupled with her operational acumen makes her an indispensable part of Word360. Sarah believes that all you need is good food, long walks with a lovable dog and the occasional back massage.

Rebecca
Resource Planner
Rebecca is our resident celebrity. You might recognise her from her role as an extra in Doctors. She has since put the stage behind her and become a part of our Interpreting team although she does love a bit of office drama. As one of our schedulers, she is always handling client interpreting queries or working with our interpreters to meet tight deadlines.

On the weekend, Becky is partial to a cheeky game of bingo or hanging out with her pet iguana, Milo.

Rebecca is our resident problem solver so speak to her if you have urgent interpreting requirements.
Anita
Translation Project Manager
Anita is an experienced Translation Project Manager having worked in the industry for over 7 years.

Her expertise and knowledge mean she is the ‘go to’ person for all translation enquiries and technical knowledge.

With the coveted PRINCE2 Project Management qualification under her belt, Anita has created a fantastic network of reliable professional linguists covering over 150 languages. Anita is in her element when she is faced with a challenge and enjoys exceeding our client’s expectations. Her tenacity and dedication have enabled the team to deliver very rare language projects and across highly specialised industries.

Gabriela
Marketing Executive
Gabriela manages the online presence of Word360 and can be found working on different pieces of design, code and content at any given time. Speaking four languages, Gabriela could easily switch roles to join our language teams but with an MSc in Digital Marketing her talent truly lies behind a PC.

Gabriela enjoys a good challenge and is consistently exploring new ways to deliver exciting content for our clients and maximising our digital exposure.

She is the person to speak to if you are looking for international marketing or multi-lingual design.
Manraj
Recruiter
Manraj has taken on the role of Linguist Recruiter to address our growing need for professional linguists across the country. With a degree in Criminology you can be sure that she will thoroughly vet our linguists ensuring they meet our strict recruitment protocols. Manraj has been great at ensuring our interpreters and translators are happy and proficient in their roles and receive regular amounts of work.

In her spare time she likes to push herself to the limits with high raising hobbies such as skydiving. Her personal record is 13,000 feet and is aiming to beat that this year.

Charlotte
Resource Planner
Charlotte is a core member of our scheduling team and an expert in finding the perfect interpreter to match our clients’ needs. Charlotte boasts impressive organisational and management skills which she uses to ensure she delivers outstanding service every time. Her polite manner and endless patience make her an invaluable team member.

When she is not singing to Celine Dion, Charlotte enjoys nothing more than a chilled weekend with friends and family.

Charlotte is the person to speak to if you need to request any of our interpreting services.
Paulina
Resource Planner
Paulina truly enjoys talking to people. Her calm and approachable personality has won over many of our clients and interpreters meaning she is the person to speak to when you have an interpreting query. Previously a UN interpreter, Paulina has an in-depth understanding of the diverse interpreting industry and uses this experience to meet the needs of our clients.

Paulina is an experienced snowboarding instructor which she believes has given her nerves of steel and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. On top of that she loves learning about new cultures by travelling across the globe. But you can be certain to catch her with an Interpreting enquiry by calling the office.
Sati
Head of Accounts
Sati has worked in Word360 since 2008 and is the longest serving member of the team.

Having come to the UK in 1967, Sati served in the Royal Air Force for 12 years stationed in Cyprus and Germany before coming back to the UK to pursue a career with British Telecom.

Sati trained to become an accounting expert and his services’ training means that he is super efficient and has meticulous attention to detail. Sati now heads up our finance department and is our guru with numbers.

Eva
Translation Project Manager
Eva is a seasoned linguist speaking Czech, German, English and even a touch of Punjabi. Also an English literature major, Eva has worked in the US, Austria and Czech Republic before moving to the UK with her family. Eva is a trained HR recruitment specialist and works alongside Joythi to assist in our continuous recruitment initiatives.

Eva is also part of the specialist interpreting team and offers counsel to any of our clients requiring interpreters for their business.

Joythi
Translation Manager
Joythi joined Word360 in 2013. Her tenacity and resolve has made her the perfect person to manage our Interpreting departments.

Joythi has the additional responsibility of being in charge of our linguist recruitment initiatives.

Luke
Digital Marketing
Graduating with an MSc in Games Design, Luke went on to work in Digital Marketing and PR in the video game journalist industry.

Luke then moved into the Education sector working in London before moving up north to join the Word360 team.

Luke focuses on the digital side of Word360's operations: ensuring our teams can communicate with our clients through our social media platforms, looking after our website, planning our digital strategy and managing the delivery of all resources and tools online.
