Dudley Worldwide Operations is a forward thinking, dynamic department of Dudley College that strive to deliver excellence in education, globally.  Over the last three years Dudley Worldwide Operations has successfully exported education to various countries in partnership with the British Council including Africa, Middle East and China.

The Challenge

Dudley College were in the final stages of securing multi-million pound contracts for a female only institutions in Saudi Arabia when they contacted WORD360.  They were finalising a comprehensive project that involved building a relationship with the potential client by taking into account cultural differences.  This involved:

  • All documentations and presentations to be delivered in Arabic as part of the contract.
  • Delegate visits to the UK with non-English speaking parties
  • Regular communication exchanges via email and telephone that fell in line with the Middle East time differences
  • Cultural awareness to gain a fundamental understanding of Muslim practices.

The team wanted a language services partner that was able to work to give them a versatile range of language services across all languages whilst they implemented these multi-million pound contracts in Saudi Arabia.
