Triple Win for Word360 at NHS Excellence Awards

Earlier this month, we were very excited to pick up not one but three awards at the NHS Excellence in Supply Awards organised by the Midlands Customer Board.

Held at the Jurys Inn in Hinckley, Word360 won Best Patient Experience, Support Service of the year and the greatest accolade of the evening, Supplier of the year which was chosen by the judges from all of the applications.

The Supplier of the Year Award recognised the best overall performance from an NHS supplier across several performance metrics such as quality, delivery and support, account performance management, and innovation. While the Patient Experience Award focused on suppliers who demonstrated and shared best practice in providing outstanding patient experiences.

In presenting the Supplier of the Year, the judges praised Word360 for their commitment to delivering quality support services to local communities across the Midlands.

Supporting deaf communities

We have created a comprehensive frontline framework that allows NHS organisations to implement simple support mechanisms for deaf patients.  Ensuring inclusivity for all is of paramount importance to us and working closely with our communities we strive to ensure all patients receive the care and support they need.

With an integrated interpreting and translation booking platform comes more data!  We have invested in our IT infrastructure year on year to ensure our systems are built to deliver cutting edge language solutions with supporting KPI’s and management reporting required to drive efficiencies across the service
