What Do We Need?
This role is all about collaboration.
Our business is about connecting people and so is a role in our development team.
Working with the in-house team each day, you will also work with an offshore team to share ideas and achieve our goals across multiple industries, while managing the direction of our future and ongoing projects.
Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or Scrum/Agile
Experienced in using JIRA / Confluence
Experience working with a software development team
Strong track record of delivery.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Adhere to agreed-upon delivery schedules.
Up-to-date Certified Scrum Master certification (CSM)
Knowledge and in-depth advanced use of Microsoft Project, Atlassian Jira and Confluence project management software tools
Experience managing an iterative release process that delivers software updates every 2-4 weeks
Ability to estimate and time-manage resources to accurately indicate project delivery timescales/ deliverable roadmaps
Experience of working with a multitude of stakeholders/ customers in the context of project management, organisation change and product delivery
Interest in languages or experience in similar sectors.
Experience working with third party software developers
Demonstrable experience of delivering new software products or functionality across large enterprise and public sector.
