Our Interpreters

Quality is important to us. Using strict quality assurance procedures in line with our ISO:9001 certification, our interpreters are fully vetted and enhanced DBS checked as standard and must comply with Code of Conduct as set by the NRPSi.

There are different levels of interpreter qualifications from community interpreters to DPSi and we marry the skills of the interpreter to the requirements of your organisation.

Our Interpreting History

WORD360 roots run deep when it comes to interpreting.  As one of the first services we offered in 1991, we have grown an impressive client base across numerous sectors including healthcare, engineering and local government.

We have been delivering professional interpreting services for over 25 years and delivered in over 250 languages and dialects to enable multi-lingual communication within your organisation.

Why Choose us?

  • Specialist Knowledge

Working with global sector leaders such as ARUP, BIFFA, Parcelforce and NHS, we have the experience and industry knowledge to apply to your business.

We match the specialisms of our interpreters to your business sector. You can even choose whether a male or female interpreter is allocated to your project.

  • Availability

With our extensive network of over 2000 interpreters, we are able to fulfil face to face interpreting request any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The other services we can also fulfil include telephone or our video services at any time.

  • Specialist capabilities

Our interpreters tend toowrk in specific areas of specialism, for example, medical or police interpreting, legal and business sectors.  This ensures that the interpreters understand the environment in which they are working in, specific terminologies and nuances.

When we receive an interpreter request from you, we will establish your preferences and allocate a linguist to this requirement.  So if you require an interpreter for a meeting that will involve technical engineering discussions with your Japanese clients, we will be able to find the right interpreter for you.

  • High Standard

All our interpreters undergo a rigorous induction and training programme when they join our team to ensure they comply with our high standards and codes of conduct.  The Word360 Language School was set up to facilitate continuing education of our teams and to offer businesses the opportunity to understand their international markets through cultural awareness training and language courses.

Benefit from our PRINCE 2 and AMP project management trained staff to handle your interpreting service requirements.

Security and Confidentiality

Our robust information security policies and processes grant us the ability to work with organisations such as the NHS, local and central government and Ministry of Defence.   From having enhanced DBS checked interpreters as standard, to abiding by BSEN ISO: 27001 Information Security systems, we protect your information at every level.
